Singing You a Song in the Morning

waiting under a tree

Sixty miles or six hundred.
The shadow of the pines
or the sunny station wagon.
We're looking at the map
and we're laughing and we're going.

I hope some other time
I won't care so much about
being understood as I do now.
I will leave myself and go away.
I would like to follow you away.

Would you let me take care of you?
I would like to sing you a song in the morning.
Walk you to the car when you're going
where your going.

And then some other time
I wouldn't care so much about
being understood as I do now.
I would leave myself and go away.
I would like to follow you away.

Seeing you I know what is right
and what is true;
Oh I see the way I want to be.

When you have such a large group of sisters all around the same age and who get along so well there will be clothes, music, random item swapping. But yeah, I think I "borrowed" that cd out from under Kell's nose.
