One day I'll return. I've been thinking of rainy days on front porches in St.Elmo, fall on Lookout Mountain, watching the children on the mountain play soccer, reading in Greyfriars, hanging out at Joseph and Amy's, Blue Skies on Frazier, my buddy Alex, friends, my secret waterfall, nephews and so much more. These pictures of Chattanooga that my husband took remind me of so many evenings walking around the downtown at night. I used to think Chattanooga was such a strange town when I first moved there and now I can't wait to go back.

when you move back to chattanooga - i'll drive up and join you for rooftop reading.

I am going to have to look up chattanooga now. I don't travel much, but it looks interesting, plus I like the things you like about it.
Chattanooga is missing you too.

I adore coming here...

Posted by: kelly at October 26, 2004 12:04 PMWell your pictures are lovely but I don't miss chattanooga. I spent 22 years of my life there. So long small city, may I only see you when I visit or drive past you on 75N!
Posted by: Katie at October 26, 2004 9:35 PMI just wanted to say hi Michelle. I had the chance to visit your website for the first time back in June. I remember how amazed I was to read all the different stories that you have posted, as well as the pictures from your parents and sisters.
It's been nine great months since I meet Lica. She's told me thousands of stories about you, Carson, Bailey, Marlow, Kathe, Amy and the list just goes on and on. I know the days she just spent with you and your family was just what she needed it.
I really hope to visit you guys soon. The only thing I can tell you now is that I'm extremely happy to be with my beautiful Lica. She's a wonderful girl and I couldn't ask for anything better; she came to my life right where I needed it the most.
Sorry for the mix of ideas in this little paragraph but it's hard to concentrate sometimes while at work. Perhaps I even have ADD too and I'm just starting to notice it.
Take care,
Andres Gomez
Andres - so good to hear from you. It makes me really happy that Lica is with someone who appreciates her. She is one of the most amazing women I have ever known and I am blessed to call her sister. I look forward to meeting you. Lica has also told us a lot about you. I hope that happens sometime in the near future. I know Lica thinks I won't because I keep saying this but I REALLY want to come down there and see you guys. Give her my love and a big hug and have a wonderful evening.
Katie - I totally understand, that's how I feel about Tallahassee.
